RETRACTABLE POWER FOR BUILD-TO-RENT

Comprising of 433 high-quality rental apartments across four buildings, Holland Park offers a modern urban community with extensive amenities including a public courtyard, retail spaces, cafés, a 24/7 gym, cinema rooms, rooftop terraces, and co-working areas. The development is designed with sustainability and wellness in mind, holding a Fitwel three-star accreditation and aiming for 100% renewable energy. Holland Park was recently awarded Build-to-Rent Development of the Year 2025 in Scotland.

To support the public realm and flexible event spaces within Holland Park, Pop Up Power Supplies®, in partnership with BES Electrical, supplied and installed 4 x PUPS02 50/50 power units. These In-ground units feature a split lid design that allows easy operation and maintenance while remaining flush with the surrounding paving to preserve the development’s sleek and modern aesthetic. These power units provide a safe, silent, and efficient power supply, helping Holland Park maintain a flexible, future-ready environment that supports community activities without compromising design.

Pop Up Power Supplies Ltd® offers a range of Retractable, In-ground, and Bollard power units used nationwide in public spaces including historic sites, markets, town squares, and stadiums.
