Pop Up Power Supplies Ltd® range of retractable service units provide electricity for public spaces such as urban areas, historic sites, market places, town squares and parks. Our units also provide legacy for special purpose stadiums.
There are three main units in our range – Pop Up units, Power Bollards and In-ground, also known as Flip lid, all of which provide a range of outdoor power. We offer a range of configurations, as well as bespoke In-ground power units or Pop Up units with recessed tops that can accommodate different forms of surface material such as paving.
INTRODUCING THE FLYBOX
Pop Up Power Supplies Ltd® Flybox units offer a simple solution to power connectivity in indoor spaces such as car showrooms, halls, museums and galleries where plug sockets are often difficult to access.
Buried in the subfloor less than three feet in depth, the Flybox is hidden from view by a lockable flip-top lid. When needed the lid is opened via a key and the coiled cable socket is pulled out to a length of 3 metres. The lid can then be closed without trapping the cable and anti-trip strips can then be placed over the cable.

RETRACTABILITY = DISCRETION
Fully retractable units are installed safely underground until they are needed, they can then be raised to provide a safe and secure power supply. For landscape conformity, each unit can have surface material, matching the surrounding area, inserted in the recessed cover so there is minimal visual impact on the overall area. This is an important consideration when the units are to be installed at historic and listed sites.

One of the problems associated with holding successful outdoor events is finding an electricity supply. Ensuring that a constant power supply is maintained when and where it is necessary is a familiar issue for any events management team. When holding an outdoor event, a secure power supply is vital.
